CRA Officer

POSITION SUMMARY As the CRA Officer, you are responsible for developing, implementing and administering all aspects of the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) programs. The CRA Officer ensures the Bank maintains a Satisfactory or better CRA regulatory rating and is in compliance with the federal Community Reinvestment Act, implementing regulation, and applicable regulatory guidance. In this role, you will partner with Bank Management, develop, present, and obtain business and budget approval for the Bank’s annual CRA performance plan.

As the CRA Officer, you will work with government officials and community leaders in the Bank’s CRA assessment area. You will chair the CRA Committee and assist the CRA Steering Group.
