Immigration Paralegal

Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz, P.C. has an immediate opening for an experienced Immigration Paralegal. This position may be based in our Chattanooga, Nashville, Atlanta, Houston, or Ft. Lauderdale office. Qualified applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and/or ABA-approved paralegal certificate, plus 3-5 years of employment-based immigration experience, including labor certifications and business immigration filings with USCIS and consular posts. Responsibilities include drafting and preparing O-1, L-1, EB-1, and H-1B filings, conducting legal research, preparing waiver applications, and drafting responses to Requests for Evidence for attorney review.
