Counsel or Senior Counsel

Boise Cascade is looking to hire Counsel or Senior Counsel, depending on experience, to join the Corporate Legal team. This successful candidate will likely have a high level of expertise and autonomy to handle complex legal matters and advise on business decisions. This position will handle a wide range of legal and risk matters, including contract review and negotiation, regulatory compliance and risk management, as well as liaise between Boise Cascade leadership and external vendors, with a focus on vendor contracts in the technology and privacy areas.

The successful candidate will be based out of the corporate HQ building in Boise, ID. The role is in-office at least four days per week. Travel may be required occasionally to locations across North America.
