HR Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE The HR Assistant will provide support in production, recruiting and retention for the Lafayette, TN plant. An HR Assistant typically handles administrative and clerical duties as well. The HR Assistant will have a wide range of duties from coordinating meetings and maintaining employee files to posting jobs and assisting employees. An important part of this role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
