Dir-Int'l Development-EMEA

The Development Director will be responsible for leading franchise development and new market entry across Europe and Inia as the primary regions of focus, while also overseeing and supporting expansion initiatives across the Middle East. This is a critical, first-in-role position within the international leadership team and will play a key role in shaping the long-term growth strategy of the business. The role requires a highly experienced development professional with strong commercial judgement, negotiation capability, communication skills, gravitas, and the ability to secure and manage high-quality franchise partnerships across multiple markets.
