Account Manager - Remote

The Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting customer satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities to grow the company’s share of customer business. This role ensures clients receive ongoing quality, value, and responsive service through a focus on satisfaction, cost containment, profitability, and communication of extended service offerings. Working closely with Clinical Managers and cross-functional internal teams, the Account Manager helps hospice leadership understand utilization recommendations, supports issue resolution and service delivery, and promotes effective account management across multiple client accounts.
