The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across hospitality, food & beverage, and operations at American Place Casino. This role partners with business leaders to support high-volume hiring, manage recruitment from sourcing through onboarding, negotiate offers, and build strong talent pipelines. The ideal candidate is a strategic, relationship-focused recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently influence hiring decisions, and is flexible to meet changing business and hiring needs while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
