About the role
We are seeking a tech-savvy, analytical, and highly collaborative LMS Administrator & T&D Specialist to own and grow our learning ecosystem from the ground up. Because our property utilizes UKG, direct experience with the UKG Learning platform is highly ideal. This role focuses heavily on backend system architecture, platform building, and compliance reporting. We are looking for someone who wants to expand their horizons within a full-service Training & Development department.
Beyond managing the system, you will work hand-in-hand with all casino departments to build customized learning paths, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), assist with curriculum creation, and step into the classroom to facilitate. This role also offers an incredible path to professional growth!
