About the role
The Hillwood Legal department is currently seeking to hire a Corporate Paralegal to join our growing legal team centralized in Dallas. Texas. The Paralegal will report to our Associate Corporate Counsel and will support all aspects of Hillwood’s business. The individual will be expected to take on certain higher-level duties such as serving as the main contact within Legal, Corporate and all Business Unites to ensure all entity obligations are abided by and critical dates are met.
