Senior Manager Training Operations

The Senior Manager of Training will lead the Shared Services Training team and oversee scalable learning solutions supporting multiple franchise brands. This role partners with brand and operations leaders to define priorities, manage complex training projects, establish effective processes, and ensure high-quality delivery on time and aligned to business goals. The leader will coach and develop the training team while serving as a hands-on expert in adult learning, instructional design, franchising, learning technology, and project management.

Success requires strong stakeholder partnership, organization, accountability, communication, and the ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
