Talent Programs Manager

The Talent Programs Manager designs, delivers, and continuously improves, enterprise-wide talent programs, including but not limited to performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and skills initiatives. This role translates talent strategy into scalable, well-adopted programs that provide leaders with consistent, effective processes to strengthen performance, leadership capability, and organizational bench strength across the talent lifecycle.
