The Vice President, Distributor Key Accounts is a key member of the Global Sales Leadership Team responsible for driving profitable growth across Justrite Safety Group’s distribution accounts throughout the Americas. Reporting to the CCO, this leader will set the strategy and direction for the Distributor Key Accounts organization, leading a high performing outside sales team and strengthening relationships with key distribution partners.
The VP will develop and execute strategies that expand market share, accelerate revenue growth, increase cross-selling across the Justrite portfolio, and deepen penetration. The successful leader will bring a strong commercial mindset, deep industrial distribution experience, and a proven ability to translate sales strategy into measurable results.
