Marketing Ambassador Lead

The Marketing Ambassador Lead supports Jamul Casino Resort’s loyalty and guest engagement programs by issuing player cards, assisting guests with program inquiries, and coordinating marketing initiatives. This role also provides leadership to Marketing Ambassadors, including training, coaching, and performance management, while ensuring excellent service and smooth daily operations. The Marketing Ambassador Lead collaborates with other departments, supports events, and maintains marketing inventory to deliver a seamless player experience. In this role, you will embody F.I.R.S.T. (Fun, Integrity, Respect, Service, Team).
