The Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting with the financial operations of Luby’s. Principal responsibilities include accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, and general accounting support. The position is also responsible for assessing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes and implementing improvements to create further efficiencies. Additional duties are performed as required.
