Senior Director, Enterprise Readiness

The Senior Director Enterprise Readiness is responsible for ensuring the organization is fully prepared to adopt and sustain large-scale transformation initiatives, while also identifying opportunities for process and capability maturity across “Run the Business” work. This role bridges strategy and execution—aligning business functions, enabling adoption, and driving organizational preparedness across people, processes, technology, and governance. The role leads and helps solve our most complex problems as an organization. Performs other duties as assigned.
