Core Systems Manager

We are currently seeking a Core Systems Manager to join our Credit Union. As the Core Systems Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of systems such as the core financial, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), eDocument, consumer loan origination, and account opening (LOS). You'll manage data processing functions for increased utilization, efficiency, and effectiveness while identifying, enhancing and recommending strategies, tactics, and process improvement to improve employee and member satisfaction and business capabilities.

You'll lead team members through daily monitoring, coaching and development to ensure they are a professional and friendly resource for employee questions/issues with core systems, while building trust through everyday interactions.
