Paid Media Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen at REFY Beauty for a Paid Media Manager . This is a new role within the Performance Marketing team, responsible for leading our PPC and Paid Social strategy across the UK, US, Europe and Middle East , with Affiliate Marketing experience considered a strong advantage. The Paid Media Manager will oversee our global paid media activity across Paid Search and platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest, alongside managing our Affiliate platform.

They will lead and develop the in-house team while managing two specialist agency partners - one focused on Paid Social and one on Paid Search—to ensure a cohesive and high-performing paid media ecosystem. The successful candidate will have experience managing both agency partners and in-house teams, confidently measuring performance against commercial targets and using data-led insights to improve efficiency and drive sustainable growth.

They will also bring a strong creative mindset, ensuring campaigns, creative and copy remain on-brand and best in class.
