At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. Regeneron is currently seeking a few 2027 Interns in Training, Communications & HR teams of Regeneron Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS).

These positions offer the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

What you'll do

This covers a range of projects supporting how Regeneron onboards, trains, and supports its people — including learning and development, team processes, and HR operations.

Projects include improving employee onboarding programs (both company-wide and within functional teams), building training playbooks and learning resources, organizing team knowledge and resources, assessing how learning technologies are used and supported, mapping processes and analyzing workload, benchmarking workplace culture programs against other companies, supporting an HR service center's employee engagement, branding, and Voice-of-the-Customer efforts, and exploring how technology, automation, or AI can improve the employee experience.

These roles suit students with strong communication, creative, and organizational skills rather than a science background; experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) is helpful.

Relevant majors: Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Instructional/Learning Design, Business, Psychology, Operational Excellence/Industrial Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, Data Science/Statistics
