Director, Program Management

Location: Waltham, MA

The Director, Program Management, Integrated Solutions is responsible for the end-to-end execution of enterprise-scale customer facility expansion projects involving Repligen technologies, including upstream and downstream bioprocess equipment, automation and software solutions, consumables, and third-party technologies integrated into complete bioprocess manufacturing solutions.

Reporting to the VP, Integrated Solutions, this role serves as the primary customer-facing project execution leader from contract award through project planning, design approval, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, qualification support, handover, and project closeout.

The Director will establish and scale Repligen's Integrated Solutions execution capabilities by developing project governance, execution processes, standards, tools, and best practices for enterprise-level programs. This leader will also recruit, develop, and mentor a team of Project Managers to support business growth and successful project delivery.
