About you

You will have substantial experience delivering large-scale SAP projects, particularly S/4HANA, and a track record of navigating complex project environments, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading diverse teams to successful completion. About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead client-side SAP S/4HANA projects across their full lifecycle. You will make sure our solutions deliver what clients need and that projects stay on schedule, within budget and aligned with their business objectives.

You will own project plans, budgets, reporting and delivery methodology. You will also act as the link between senior management and the project teams doing the day-to-day work, translating strategy into delivery and turning delivery issues into clear decisions for leadership.

Your responsibilities will include

• Own the full project lifecycle, from mobilisation through to go-live and handover.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and resources, keeping delivery on schedule and within scope.
• Liaise between clients and internal teams to keep project goals aligned with the client's business objectives.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, and adapt quickly when requirements or priorities change.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and reporting, giving clients, senior management and project teams clear, timely visibility of progress, issues and decisions.
• Apply and refine project management methodologies and introduce best practice and innovative approaches that improve how we deliver.
• Provide strategic guidance and practical S/4HANA solution advice, tailored to each client's needs.
• Build a culture of excellence in project teams by supporting professional development and knowledge sharing.
