  • Inspections & Project Oversight: Coordinate property inspections, field reviews, and third-party reports and evaluate material findings affecting the financed project or collateral.
  • Issue Management: Identify and evaluate asset-specific challenges, covenant issues, project deviations, or other emerging concerns and recommend appropriate solutions or risk mitigants.
  • Loan Documentation: Review and interpret loan agreements, guaranties, and related credit documentation when evaluating borrower requests, extension requirements, and other asset-level matters.
  • Loan Servicing & Administration: Coordinate funding requests, payoff activity, collateral releases, satisfactions, reconveyances, and other post-closing loan administration activities in partnership with Loan Servicing and Legal.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare concise asset updates highlighting material developments, decisions, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Relationship Management, Credit, Legal, Portfolio Risk, and Loan Servicing to resolve matters affecting assigned assets.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop clear recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assets and loan-level matters while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple internal functions.
