Position Responsibilities

Lead Purchasing Analysts to ensure accuracy in forecasts and performance. Champion a culture that motivates the Purchasing team to improve supply chain outcomes and to provide high-quality customer service. Ensure completion and proper execution of work procedures.

Accountable for supervisory functions of the assigned region

Responsible for planning andpurchasinginventory for multiple suppliers, to support multi-tiered distribution networkandmanage relationshipswith suppliers while leading the Purchasing Analysts within the region

Develop team through quality performance management and development plansin order tocreate adequate succession plans for Purchasing Supervisors and Analysts

Translate the detailed marketing, sales, and corporate forecastsin order tomaintainadequate inventory levels that are balanced according to service level outcomes

Proactivelymonitorinventoryhealth and surplus/deficit toidentifysystemic issues Create and implement action plans with tactical partners for short term answers, while partnering withoptimizationteam to develop long term solutions

RequiredEducationand Experience

Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
