Please note: Due to the nature of this fixed-term contract, we are seeking someone with previous Paragon route planning experience who can quickly become part of the planning team and support the existing rota with minimal training while learning Martin Brower's operational processes and ways of working.

What You'll Do

  • Quickly integrate with Transport, Warehouse, Fleet, and Operational teams to support day-to-day planning activities.
  • Ensure delivery schedules are efficient, compliant, and aligned with customer and operational requirements.
  • Monitor route performance, fleet utilisation, and planning data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate planning, customer, transport, and fleet information across relevant systems.
  • Communicate planning updates and operational changes effectively to support seamless execution of delivery plans.
  • Support operational continuity by becoming a productive member of the scheduling rota as quickly as possible.

  • Meaningful Impact: Play an important role in delivering exceptional service to some of the world's most recognised brands.

Who You Are

  • Previous hands-on experience using Paragon route planning software in a transport, logistics, or distribution environment is essential.
  • Able to quickly adapt to new operational processes and confidently work within established planning routines.
  • Comfortable learning and applying Martin Brower's planning workflows while contributing value from the start.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on service, efficiency, and compliance.
  • A collaborative communicator who works well with colleagues across multiple operational functions.
  • Organised and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Committed to accuracy, continuous improvement, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
