We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our growing team in Japan.

On any given day you might

Create designs such as user interfaces, design systems, layouts, brand identity, iconography, and presentation narratives.
Craft Japanese and English typography.
Integrate AI and emerging tools into the design process to enhance creativity and execution.
Collaborate with internal and external design teams.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Contribute and maintain design systems.
Deliver clear, inspirational and effective communications to teams/client.
Demonstrate passion for clients and their business.

2+ years experience of interface and brand design.
Proficiency in design software including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Workspace and emerging AI tools.
Outstanding presentation and written communication in both Japanese and English.
Passion for innovation and craft as well as experimentation with technology.
Motion skills are a plus.
