Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to join our growing finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong accounting controls, and supporting the rapid growth of a multi-channel CPG business.
The Accounting Manager will own the month-end close process, oversee key accounting functions, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), inventory accounting, and e-commerce operations, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a working manager position requiring both strategic thinking and daily execution.
