The role directly manages staff, coordinates workloads and study delivery, monitors quality and performance, and leads the maintenance and improvement of departmental procedures.

Working with the Head of Data Science, the Team Lead implements departmental objectives, resolves operational issues and escalates significant risks appropriately.
