This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for: a SOHO Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on the Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) segment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong track record in high-velocity, inbound-driven sales environments who thrives on coaching reps through fast-moving deal cycles. In this role, you will guide the team in responding quickly to inbound leads, running tight discovery and demo motions, and positioning RingCentral’s latest technologies to deliver meaningful outcomes for small businesses. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product to turn new launches into pipeline and revenue.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of SOHO Account Executives to consistently achieve and exceed team quota in a fast-paced, high-volume inbound environment.
  • Drive adoption and revenue growth of RingCentral’s NPI portfolio, including AI-powered communications solutions, by equipping reps with the messaging, discovery questions, and demo skills to lead with new products in every relevant deal.
  • Coach reps on managing short sales cycles, including speed to lead, qualification, objection handling, urgency creation, and efficient close.
  • Monitor and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics, including lead response time, conversion rates, deal velocity, pipeline health, NPI attach and mix, and revenue outcomes for both individuals and the team.
  • Maintain team quota attainment and step in on key deals and opportunities when needed to ensure team success.
  • Hire, onboard, train, motivate, and coach Account Executives to achieve individual quota goals while developing future leaders within the organization.
  • Partner with Marketing and Lead Management to optimize inbound lead flow, routing, follow-up cadences, and lead quality.
  • Partner with Product, Enablement, and Sales Operations to launch NPI offerings, translate product updates into sales plays, and gather field feedback to improve positioning and processes.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring consistent pipeline hygiene and measurable progress toward key performance indicators.
  • Lead regular team meetings, pipeline and deal reviews, call coaching sessions, and performance conversations to maintain a high-performing, collaborative culture.
  • To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a high-velocity, inbound-driven environment, preferably with a focus on net-new customer acquisition in the small business market.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota as both an individual contributor and sales leader.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams in a SaaS or cloud-based technology environment.
  • Strong command of the full sales cycle, from inbound qualification through close, with the ability to coach reps on closing quickly and efficiently.
  • Experience selling or positioning emerging technology solutions, AI-driven products, or new product introductions strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations.
  • Data-driven approach to managing performance, with proficiency in Salesforce and sales analytics.
  • Competitive, high-energy leader with a natural ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teams.
