Credit Management –
- v Customer Master creation
- v Sending Welcome Letter to new Customer
- v Credit limit enhancement and merging of new Sold to Account
- v Validating Sales Tax with Customer Certificate and Monthly Reporting
Dispute Management –
- v Analysis of deductions
- v Validating backup copies
- v Bill back to Customer for repayment
- v Data aggregation
- v Submitting Freight Claim
- v Follow-up with Internal / External queries
- v Adjustment request, Write-off the disputed deductions
- v Submitting Credit / Debit Memo request.
- v Reconciliation of Payments / Credit with deductions for Cash App Team
- v Reporting activities
- v Executing Month & year end closure report
- v Closing the deductions within defined TAT
- v Provide accurate and effective document preparation and records management
- v Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Educational qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA
Experience
4 to 6 years of experience in Shared Services or BPO preferably in Accounts Receivable process & Deduction analy
