Roles & Responsibilities
- Strong experience in SAP SD, MM, JIT/JIS
- Analysis of incidents and providing solutions for problem resolution; debugging may be required in certain cases
- Supporting the business/specialist departments with process-related queries and understanding issues across the process chain
- Shift-based support, including third-party management for critical incidents, in accordance with SLA response times
- Experience with call-off control for JIT inbound/outbound, including status/action flows
- Experience with EDI scenarios as per VDA standards
- Several years of experience in the logistics domain
