  • Identify dependencies and thresholds that trigger additional staffing, equipment, scheduling capacity, or workflow changes.
  • Communicate financial and operational implications, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Support budgeting, scenario analysis, and business planning in collaboration with the finance/CFO team.

Vendor Management & Operational Improvement

  • Coordinate vendor relationships, pricing reviews, contract terms, renewals, and service performance.
  • Maintain contract records, monitor obligations, and analyze vendor costs and opportunities for savings.
  • Partner with hospital managers on vendor needs, operational issues, and contract-related decisions.
  • Support negotiations and contract recommendations in coordination with the COO.
  • Develop and implement tools, automation, and standardized processes that improve operational efficiency and accountability.

  • Demonstrated ability to use AI and automation tools to solve business problems.
  • Working knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, billing processes, and operational performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical judgment, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across executive, finance, and operational teams.
