Tier 2 Operation Support (CVT - 011)

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.

-Tier 2 help desk support

-Manages, supports and maintains a reliable environment for the

site in order to ensure the stability and security of multiple

systems/platforms that are run or operated in that environment.

-Shift work

Required Qualifications

• -2+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or SRE
• -Experience performing second‐level troubleshooting for system, application, or
• network issues
• -Experience using enterprise monitoring and incident management platforms such
• as ServiceNow, JIRA, or EMS
• -Experience with Linux or Windows system administration
• -Experience escalating and coordinating with Tier 3 teams for complex problem
• resolution
• -Ability to analyze logs, correlate events, and validate system‐level issues
• -Ability to work rotating round-the-clock shifts, including nights, weekends, and
• holidays
• -HS diploma or GED
• -Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
• within 6 months of start date

Preferred Qualifications

• -Experience supporting on‐call, after‐hours, or recall‐based operations models
• -Experience scripting, automation tools, or troubleshooting frameworks
• -Experience analyzing dashboards, mission applications, system metrics, or
• infrastructure health tools
• -Ability to collaborate with cross‐functional engineering and mission teams in a
• high‐tempo environment
• -Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills, to communicate
• effectively with technical and non-technical staff
• -Associate’s degree in IT, Cyber, or Engineering preferred; Bachelor's degree in IT,
• Cyber, or Engineering a plus
• -Industry cloud foundational AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Cloud+, or MS Azure

Fundamentals Certification

-Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification

-Security+, Network+, or Linux+ Certification
