You know GTM channels & story integration: Strong understanding of how customer proof is packaged and activated across go-to-market channels—including webinars, digital campaigns, web/social, sales enablement, and flagship events.

You are adaptable & solution-oriented: Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, quick to adjust as priorities shift, and proactive in identifying operational bottlenecks before being asked.

You navigate complex organizations with nuance: You understand how large, matrixed software organizations work and can navigate stakeholder nuances across diverse teams, Legal, and customer executive leadership.

You are a clear & effective communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead buttoned-up, action-oriented meetings, drive alignment, and articulate clear follow-ups.
