About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

AgentExchange is the platform where partners build, publish, monetize, and manage trusted applications, AI agents, APIs, and services for Salesforce customers.

As Senior Product Manager for AgentExchange Trust & Security, you will own the product experiences that keep the marketplace safe, high quality, and fast to publish on. You will own the partner security review experience, along with the listing quality, compliance, and ongoing trust capabilities that keep AgentExchange healthy as it scales.

You will help partners get to market faster without lowering the bar on trust, scalability, and operational excellence.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Own the roadmap for the partner security review experience, from submission through findings, resubmission, and ongoing re-review.
  • Reduce the time and effort it takes a partner to pass security review through guided submission, clearer status and feedback, and automation of manual steps.
  • Partner with Security Engineering and Security Operations to bring scanning, review tooling, and AI-assisted capabilities into partner-facing products, including for new asset types such as AI agents and MCP servers.
  • Make onboarding, approval, security review, and publishing feel like one consistent experience, without friction or repeated data entry.
  • Define and improve the quality and trust standards for listings, including compliance requirements and the signals customers rely on when choosing a solution.
  • Build the capabilities that keep the catalog current and trustworthy over time, such as re-review, compliance enforcement, and retirement of outdated listings.
  • Partner with the Partner Console and marketplace experience teams so trust and quality capabilities show up consistently for partners and customers.
  • Define the metrics that show how healthy the marketplace is, instrument them up front, and use results to decide where to invest and what to scale, change, or stop.
  • Write clear briefs, PRDs, and user stories, and drive them from discovery through launch, using experiments and prototypes to validate ideas before heavy engineering investment.
  • Align Engineering, UX, Security, Operations, Partner Success, Legal, and Finance around a shared vision and plan, represent partner needs in prioritization, and communicate progress and tradeoffs to stakeholders at all levels.
  • You're Our Person If...
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a complex, cross-functional product surface, ideally in enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, marketplaces, or partner ecosystems.
  • Track record of building a product roadmap, aligning stakeholders around it, and shipping from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Working knowledge of security, compliance, or governance concepts, and experience partnering with security or risk teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience defining metrics and using data to drive decisions.
  • Experience building products for developers, partners, or enterprise administrators.
  • Hands-on proficiency using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in your product workflow, including research, synthesis, prototyping, and drafting briefs and PRDs.
  • Even Better If...
  • Experience with security review, trust and safety, or listing quality and compliance programs, ideally for an app store, marketplace, or partner ecosystem.
  • Experience automating review, approval, or other operational workflows through product investment.
  • Familiarity with AI agents, MCP, or agentic platforms, and the security considerations they raise.
  • Familiarity with APIs, platform extensibility, or developer-facing tooling.
  • Comfort in an environment where foundations are still being built and priorities evolve.
