About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Experience
- Informatica is joining Salesforce at the moment every enterprise is asking whether its data is ready for AI agents. You will turn that imperative into a motion that works through the Salesforce field.
- You will develop sales plays, seller readiness plans and feedback loops that drive pipeline across the Salesforce distribution engine.
- You treat the field as your customer. You’re energized when a play closes deals, and you simplify complexity into something a seller can use tomorrow.
- You move between strategy and detail without a handoff, and you use data to change course quickly. You bring optimism and resilience to a fast-moving integration.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Go-to-market and sales plays: Be the Informatica GTM expert across product, marketing, sales, pricing and packaging, and operations. Turn the AI-Ready Data strategy into clear, actionable field programs. Own the quarterly operating rhythm. Set priorities and interlock with the distribution teams, sellers, and regional operating units. Create, launch and manage quarterly Informatica sales plays tied to product priorities, market opportunity and field needs, with measurable pipeline targets.
Build plays around the customer problems we’re hearing. Examples: “Do you have proper data quality standards to ensure agents are trained correctly?”, and “Are you confident enough in your data that agents should act on it?” Retire or rework plays that don’t convert, based on evidence.
Field activation, readiness and campaign partnership: Partner with global GTM and distribution leaders, Sales Programs and Sales Strategy to drive readiness across selling teams. That includes specialists and other sales units. Make Informatica easy to sell for sellers outside the dedicated Informatica specialists: clear entry points, discovery questions, talk tracks and handoffs to specialists. Align play timing, campaign sequencing and field events so each reinforces the others. Make sure campaigns, such as AI-readiness assessments, and field marketing programs arm sellers with the same story and next step.
Enablement and insight loop: Partner closely with the Enablement team to build all necessary content for successful sales plays and enabling sellers to win. Content includes training, FAQs, demo guides, competitive content and objection handling. Build AI-powered enablement, such as Slackbot skills and agent workflows, that give sellers instant guidance on things like qualification, positioning and objection handling.
Deliver high-impact presentations and demos in seller sessions. Build a closed loop between seller feedback, win/loss, customer conversations, usage and funnel signals, and play performance. Turn it into changes to plays, messaging inputs and enablement every quarter. Find where the motion breaks, such as qualification, packaging or handoffs, and drive the fix across teams.
Cross-cloud coordination, executive communication and measures of success: Represent Informatica in cross-cloud GTM planning. Make sure Informatica is built into cross-cloud plays and gets a consistent value message across the portfolio. Maintain working knowledge of the Informatica platform and roadmap. Areas include data integration, governance and quality, and master data management. Report play performance and field insight to Marketing and Sales leadership.
Be clear about what’s working, what isn’t and what you’re changing. Measures of success: pipeline and bookings influenced by Informatica sales plays; play adoption in the field (opportunity tagging and attach); seller readiness and confidence; time from launch or announcement to field-ready; documented changes to plays driven by field and customer insight.
