Data Center Installation Project Manager

The Data Center Installation ProjectManageris accountable formanagingmoderate sized and complexprojectorders from starttofinish,so thatit iscompleted ontime andwithin budget.This role isinstrumental in mobilizing,managing, andreportingon service deploymentsforcustomers.

Primary Dutieswithinvariedscopeof work and client expectations will range from:

•Conducts pre-project meetingswithclients’local POCand ensuresproject goals are established

•Plans/coordinates travelandaccessto the site

•Confirms daily THAsarebeing conductedby the TeamLeadprior to beginningwork each day

• Completes project controls sheet ona weekly basisto ensurebudgetsare met
• Submitsweekly reports to supervisor

• Deliverspost-project reports toclients’POCat conclusion of projects
• Reviews/Approvestimecardsand employee expenseseach week

Additional Accountabilities

•Involved with new hireonboardingfromTalentAcquisitionrequests, through candidate interviews, to standardizednew hire onboardingprocess

•Engages withnew hires inOTJ traininguntilcompetency ismet

•100% completion of required Talent LMSbasedtrainingcoursesasassigned

• 100% adherence toSalute MissionCriticalsafety standardsandbest practices
• 100% adherence toclientsecurity/privacy practicesandexpectations

RequiredQualifications,Skills,and ExperienceforSuccess forvariedClientSOW:

•Project teamleadormanagement experienceto achieve improvedresults, measured through increasedcustomer satisfactionand increasedproject profitability

•Understanding ofsubcontractor/teammanagement,project financials,andrisk mitigation

•Technicalunderstandingandcommunicationto peers/management and client POCs

•Experience coordinatingand developingsequenceof operationsandlikedocuments

as requiredtosupport executionteam.
