Sanmina Turtle Lake, Wisconsin is a full-service plastic injection molding, electronics integration and design service facility. They have 50 injection molding machines and expertise with engineering-grade resins. Sanmina Turtle Lake has long standing business partnerships with both tool designers and manufacturers.

Summary

Sanmina is seeking a Program Manager at our Turtle Lake, WI plant to oversee end-to-end product implementation while directing commercial management and client engagement across internal and external stakeholder networks. You will drive cross-functional teams toward meeting customer deliverables for new product launches and existing system upgrades. Through collaborative alignment with cross-disciplinary partners, you will direct project lifecycle execution from inception to completion, maintaining strict oversight to reach and surpass program financial targets.

What You'll Do

• ●Act as the primary facility liaison between Sanmina and the client, safeguarding commercial requirements and expectations.
• ●Align all account actions with contractual agreements to protect organizational interests.
• ●Master core operations needed for new program introduction, order execution, and product enhancements.
• ●Oversee client satisfaction, order fulfillment, top-line growth, commercial issue resolution (A/R, E&O, uPPV, Credit, RMAs), and account expansion.
• ●Champion Sanmina's vertical capabilities, guiding accounts to leverage expanded internal solutions.
• ●Spearhead customer satisfaction initiatives while mentoring internal teams to achieve performance goals.
• ●Gather precise data to enable effective supply commitment and demand planning cycles.
• ●Resolve operational and demand scheduling discrepancies between client expectations and plant capacity.
• ●Leverage order backlogs to optimize overall execution efficiency.
• ●Evaluate customer demand projections to identify and address forecasting variance.
• ●Advance critical Key Performance Indicators spanning operational, quality, and material domains.
• ●Manage End-of-Life product cycles to mitigate financial liability for all stakeholders.
• ●Perform additional operational duties as needed..

●Oracle/ERP experience.

●Excellent customer service.

●Bachelor Degree in related field

●3+ years experience with customer interaction
