Product Owner Marketing Automation (x|f|m) 

Location: Goettingen

Join our IT Business Solutions team as a Product Owner Marketing Automation (x|f|m) and play a key role in advancing our Salesforce Marketing Automation tech stack and other marketing tools. In this role, you will maximize value for our internal and external users by defining features, setting priorities and actively driving the evolution of our marketing automation solutions.

Working closely with marketing stakeholders, development teams and business partners, you will shape innovative, data-driven and customer-centric solutions based on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next and Data 360. By doing so, you will help create modern digital customer experiences and contribute to better health for more people.

Based in Goettingen with the possibility to work some days in a week remotely.

• Define and prioritize features in close collaboration with marketing stakeholders and ensure alignment with business requirements, customer needs and the product vision
• Own the team backlog and continuously prioritize requirements to maximize business value
• Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud and support the organization with technical and functional product expertise
• Drive innovation in the field of marketing technologies and continuously optimize lead management processes
• Collaborate closely with managers, product owners, scrum masters and development teams to advance agile development processes and support the continuous evolution of the platform
• Keep relevant stakeholders informed about product status, priorities and progress and conduct feature demonstrations and presentations
• Define the scope and priorities of software releases and ensure alignment with business requirements and delivery objectives
• Maintain, structure and continuously optimize the product backlog to ensure high-quality and actionable requirements
• Support the development team in understanding, refining and prioritizing backlog items, requirements and acceptance criteria
• Review and approve completed solutions and ensure they meet defined requirements, user needs and quality standards
