Drive the continuous improvement and harmonization of global payroll solutions, processes, and governance frameworks across EMEA

Lead and contribute to international HR and Payroll transformation projects, ensuring scalable and sustainable solutions

Act as a subject matter expert for payroll-related processes, systems, and data flows

Collaborate with payroll providers, HR teams, HRIT, Finance, and external partners to enhance payroll service delivery

Identify process inefficiencies, data quality issues, and automation opportunities and translate them into sustainable solutions

Support the implementation and optimization of payroll technologies and digital HR solutions

Develop meaningful reporting, dashboards, and KPIs to promote transparency, compliance, and operational excellence

Enable data-driven decision-making through the analysis of payroll and HR data

Contribute to the ongoing standardization of payroll processes across countries and regions
