Somerset Bridge Group are seeking a Claims Analytics Analyst to deliver impactful claims insight that supports pricing strategy, portfolio performance and data-driven decision-making across the business. As a Claims Analytics Analyst, you will develop and enhance reporting, dashboards and management information (MI) that provide visibility of claims performance across the portfolio. Through proactive monitoring and analysis, you will identify emerging trends, potential risks and opportunities, helping the business make informed decisions and respond quickly to changes in claims experience.
You'll work closely with colleagues across Claims, Pricing, Underwriting and wider business teams to deliver clear, actionable insight, translating complex data into engaging and easy-to-understand recommendations. As your expertise develops, you'll have the opportunity to undertake more advanced analytical projects, applying statistical and modelling techniques to solve business challenges and influence strategic decision-making.
The role also requires a strong focus on data quality, governance and regulatory compliance, ensuring sensitive customer information is managed responsibly and in line with business and regulatory requirements.
