  • Business Analysis, Data and Value Realization
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process designs, data needs, and implementation priorities.
  • Use travel, expense, card, supplier, policy, and operational data to validate improvement opportunities and support delivery decisions.
  • Define program KPIs, baselines, target benefits, adoption measures, and post-implementation performance reviews.
  • Partner with analytics teams to develop executive reporting and decision-support views that demonstrate progress and realized value.
  • Stakeholder, Change and Adoption Management
  • Build alignment with global and regional stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Treasury, Accounting, HR, Digital, Compliance, Security, Sustainability, and business operations.
  • Lead requirements workshops, process reviews, design sessions, governance meetings, and executive steering updates.
  • Develop change, communication, training, readiness, and adoption plans appropriate to impacted audiences.
  • Act as a trusted delivery partner who balances global standardization, local requirements, user experience, governance, and implementation feasibility.
