Start Your Career Where It Matters Most

Schneider Electric 2027 Graduate Program (Technical)

Location: Townsville, Queensland

Build your career in Townsville

Launch your graduate career in Townsville, where you’ll have the opportunity to build hands-on technical experience while developing your career in North Queensland.

For graduates already based in the region, or those looking for an opportunity to make a move, this is a chance to build your career outside the major capital cities while still being part of a global organisation. You’ll gain meaningful experience, work closely with the local team and contribute to real projects and customer outcomes from the beginning of your career.

Building Automation & Controls

Start your engineering career working with the technology that makes buildings smarter, safer and more energy efficient.

As a Graduate Engineer within our Building Management Systems (BMS) team, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to building automation, controls, mechanical and electrical systems, and digital technologies while working on real building projects.

You’ll get involved in areas such as BMS and HVAC systems, sensors and controls, engineering drawings, testing and commissioning, troubleshooting, and smart-building and energy management technologies. You’ll also work alongside project managers, engineers, contractors and customers, giving you practical exposure to how building automation solutions are delivered.
