En el equipo ibérico de Data & Analytics estamos conectados con el negocio real, liderando y diseñando proyectos y transformando como el resto de los departamentos entienden, crean, y toman decisiones con los datos.

Integramos de forma estratégica el análisis de datos, datos reales con significado y contexto, utilizando la información para identificar patrones, anticipar necesidades, priorizar acciones y orientar decisiones clave creando conocimiento.

Analizar, preparar y modelar datos de ventas y clientes, identificando patrones y señales tempranas mediante análisis de datos y modelos de Machine Learning/ Inteligencia Artificial que ayuden a anticipar necesidades y mejorar la eficiencia.

Generar insights estratégicos combinando datos de múltiples fuentes para detectar ineficiencias, priorizar acciones y apoyar decisiones clave que optimicen la experiencia del cliente y los procesos internos.

Comunicar resultados de forma clara, creando visualizaciones aplicando softskills como pensamiento crítico, trabajo colaborativo y storytelling para asegurar que los equipos comprendan, actúen sobre las conclusiones de los análisis. Esto te preparará para poder comunicar de manera clara a todos los niveles.

🔍¿Eres tú a quién buscamos?

Gradoen Estadística, Matemáticas, Física, Ingeniería o Ciencia de Datos, con pensamiento analítico, proactividad y autoaprendizaje.

Conocimientos en Data Science y Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, incluyendo descriptive analytics, manejo y preparación de datos, modelos LLM, y estadísticos para identificar patrones y apoyar decisiones basadas en evidencia.

Habilidades comunicativas y de trabajo en equipo, con capacidad de transformar datos complejos en insights claros, colaborar con distintos departamentos y adaptarse a entornos dinámicos.

Disponibilidad para realizar entre 4 y 6 horas diarias (lunes a viernes) y tener disponibilidad por las mañanas; el horario es flexible y puedes entrar entre las 8 y las 10h.

Poder realizar un convenio de prácticas con tu Universidad o Centro de Estudios por un periodo de 6 meses.

Disponibilidad para incorporarse entre Enero y febrero

Extroversión y ganas de aprender.

Nivel alto de Inglés.
