Schroders Finance/FinTech

Project Manager

London, United Kingdom In person Full-time

Who we’re looking for

Schroders Wealth Transformation team has a remit across the transformation lifecycle from strategy to execution. We collaborate with our business and technology partners across the Schroders Group to enable our Cazenove and Schroders International Wealth business to thrive in an increasingly competitive, regulated and margin pressured global landscape by shaping, mobilising and delivering both transformational and essential change to allow the business to grow profitably while providing high levels of investment performance and client experience.

The role holder will be an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager who enjoys the challenges of delivering critical transformational change across our Wealth Management portfolio. You will lead complex business and technology initiatives from shaping and mobilisation through to implementation and transition into BAU, taking clear accountability for outcomes, delivery discipline and effective stakeholder engagement.

Working with senior sponsors, business teams, technology, operations, risk, compliance and third parties, you will establish clarity of scope, outcomes, governance and delivery approach. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through a matrix model, create an environment in which decisions are made at the right level and ensure that risks, dependencies, finances and business readiness are actively managed.

As a permanent member of the Wealth Transformation team, you will also contribute to the development of our delivery capability, standards and team culture. You will share best practice, support and mentor colleagues, and help strengthen consistent, proportionate change delivery across the portfolio
