What You'll Be Doing

As a key part of the team, you will

• Support business decisions by driving financial processes like costing and reporting.
• Analyze data to help guide strategies for new products and cost-saving projects.
• Collaborate with teams across the region to ensure cost efficiency and share best practices.
• Learn on the job while contributing to real projects that impact our global operations.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong analytical skills and a love for numbers.
• Ability to solve problems and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Team player with great communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and an eye for detail.
