Job Description Summary

Focus Partners is seeking a Referral Channel Specialist. This Specialist partners closely with Business Development Officers (BDOs) and Advisor Teams to enhance Focus Partners commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. This role ensures a repeatable and scalable process that drives sustained growth and success across both the Charles Schwab and Fidelity Investments referral programs.

Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model is defined as 3 days in office work required per week, while giving team members the option to work remotely 2 day per week, or as assigned by their team leader.

This position can be based out of Scottsdale, AZ or Bellevue, WA on a hybrid basis.
