Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized, business-focused IT Commercial Project Manager with strong project management experience in Microsoft Fabric, analytics, data platforms, and commercial reporting initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects that improve commercial processes, enable data-driven decision-making, and support measurable business outcomes. The Project Manager will partner closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, IT delivery teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic priorities.

Salesforce knowledge is considered a nice-to-have for supporting CRM-adjacent initiatives and commercial platform integrations.

What are we looking for in you?

Key Skills Required

• Strong project management experience delivering Microsoft Fabric, analytics, business intelligence, data modernization, reporting, or data platform initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate across data engineering, analytics, architecture, business, and IT teams to manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, testing, and adoption.
• Working understanding of analytics delivery concepts such as data migration, data quality, reporting dashboards, KPI tracking, UAT, release planning, and production readiness.
• Strong communication, governance, stakeholder management, executive reporting, and delivery discipline across Agile, hybrid, or waterfall environments.
• Salesforce knowledge is nice to have, especially for CRM, sales operations, customer data, commercial platform, or integration-related projects.

Project Planning & Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT Commercial projects, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, status reports, RAID logs, and governance materials to support effective decision-making.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within agreed scope, and in alignment with commercial business objectives.
• Experience running daily scrum meetings and using Azure DevOps is preferred.
• Manage budget across multiple funding sources.
• AI and automated mindset.

Stakeholder Engagement & Governance

• Serve as the primary liaison between Commercial business teams, IT delivery teams, product owners, vendors, and leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee updates, decision reviews, and cross-functional working sessions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, issue escalation, and proactive follow-up.

Commercial Process & Digital Transformation Support

• Support initiatives across CRM, pricing, sales enablement, customer data, reporting, and commercial operations platforms.
• Partner with functional leads and business teams to understand current-state processes, identify gaps, and coordinate future-state improvements.
• Drive alignment between business requirements, IT solution design, and operational readiness.
