Hands-on experience developing and supporting production applications across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and at least one modern front-end framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue; understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and browser compatibility.
Proficiency in at least one back-end language and framework, such as C#/.NET, Java/Spring, Node.js, or Python-based frameworks.
Experience designing, consuming, and troubleshooting RESTful APIs and integrations, including HTTP, JSON, validation, error handling, authentication, and authorization.
Strong SQL and relational database skills, including schema design, stored procedures, query optimization, and data integrity.
Practical experience with Git, branching, pull requests, peer code reviews, and CI/CD workflows.
Experience writing automated tests and diagnosing defects across application layers.
Understanding of secure coding, dependency management, configuration management, and application deployment practices.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to use logs and monitoring tools to investigate production issues.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 5 years of overall IT or business application support experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, including delivery and support of production applications.
