Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to
• join our team and support ongoing development, configuration, enhancement, and
• implementation activities for one of client. The ideal candidate should have
• strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, IT Service Management
• (ITSM), Service Portal and Integrations.
• The candidate should be comfortable working on platform
• configurations, customizations, integrations, troubleshooting, and enhancements
• while following ServiceNow best practices. Experience in HRSD, VRM, GRC and CSM
• will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design,
• develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform
• features.

Implement

and enhance ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request,

and Service Catalog Management.

Support

Vendor Risk Management (VRM) configurations, workflows, assessments, and

related processes.

Support

Service Portal customizations.

Develop

and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes,

Flow Designer flows, and other ServiceNow components.

Develop

and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using

REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and other integration capabilities.

Troubleshoot

technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement appropriate

solutions.

Participate

in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing,

deployment, and post-production support.

Follow

ServiceNow development best practices, maintain code quality, and minimize

unnecessary customizations.

Collaborate

with onsite stakeholders, business teams, and offshore team members to

deliver enhancements on time.

Support

• platform upgrades, instance cloning, testing, and deployment activities as
• required.
• Required Skills and Experience

Strong

hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and

development.

Practical

implementation or support experience in ITSM modules.

Experience

with ServiceNow Service Portal and Integrations.

Proficiency

in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

Hands-on

experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI

Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer.

Understanding

of ServiceNow tables, relationships, data models, update sets, and

application scope.

Experience

with REST/SOAP integrations and troubleshooting integration issues.

Good

analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Ability

to work independently and take ownership of assigned deliverables.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

ServiceNow

HRSD implementation or support experience.

Experience

with IntegrationHub and third-party system integrations.

Exposure

to ServiceNow GRC / Integrated Risk Management and CSM.

Experience

with ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, automated testing, and deployment

processes.

Required

ServiceNow certifications, such as CSA, CIS- Data Foundation and at least

any one CIS – ITSM/HRSD/CSM/VRM certifications.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Developer who can
• independently deliver platform enhancements and support requirements.
• Candidates with strong ServiceNow platform and ITSM skills, along with
• practical VRM experience, will be preferred. HRSD and integration experience
• will provide additional flexibility to support other client engagements and
• future requirements.
• Experience in GRC and CSM is a bonus but is not mandatory.
