Lead Event Producer

Location: Australia - Perth

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Acts as event generalist within focus area, providing support, information, and guidance to event production team and customers.
• Focuses on customer support, applying best practices, and strategic event analysis to ensure appropriate use of resources.
• Listens to, learns from, and engages with division, SMEs, and others to ensure needs are met.
• Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
• Understand. Create. Simplify.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Event Production related degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years’ experience coordinating events.
• Demonstrated event planning expert among peers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and department-specific software.
• Excellent organization and customer service skills.
• Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel.
• Background check results satisfactory to SEL.
• Negative drug test result(s).
