Controller

Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will oversee the firm's accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and treasury operations, leading a team of approximately 13 professionals, including two direct reports. The Controller will have responsibility for all accounting and treasury activities across Sensiba's US and International subsidiaries in Australia and Ireland, ensuring consistent financial processes, effective cash management, and appropriate financial controls across our global operations.

As Sensiba continues to grow and evolve, we are investing in our finance organization, technology, and business processes to support the firm's next chapter. The successful candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for continuous improvement. They will be equally comfortable managing the details of accounting operations and partnering with the CFO and firm leadership on strategic initiatives.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on, strategic accounting leader who can ensure the integrity and timeliness of financial operations while challenging the status quo and building a more scalable, automated, and technology-enabled Finance function.
